 Filter Press Operating Cycle
 The process begins with the closing of the filter, carried out by a hydraulic system that aligns and presses the plates, ensuring efficient sealing.
 1️⃣ Sludge feeding – a pump directs the fluid to the chambers formed between the plates.
 2️⃣ Filtration – the liquid passes through the filter screens, separating itself from the solids.
 3️⃣ Monitoring – sensors control the flow of clean water and system pressure.
 4️⃣ Dehydration and discharge – when the ideal point is reached, the system switches off, releasing the pressure. The plates separate, allowing the removal of the dry sludge (filter cake).
