⚙️ Main Components
Stainless steel and carbon steel structure, with epoxy paint and corrosion resistance.

Final compaction system with conical ring driven by pneumatic actuators, providing high efficiency in water removal.

Pressure baskets (low, medium and high) with progressively finer meshes (1.5 mm to 0.6 mm) for greater dewatering.

🔄 Operation
The equipment operates with flocculated sludge, receiving it through a pressurized reaction tank. The screw transports the sludge along the perforated baskets, where the liquid is separated. The sludge is gradually compacted until it reaches the consistency of a dry, granulated clay, being expelled at the end of the press.

Requires a level base, metal structure or reinforced floor.

Must be properly grounded and installed with free access for maintenance.

The initial start-up must be done empty, with a complete check of the electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
